The candidates who have obtained equal marks, the date of birth would be the criteria to decide the seniority i.e, the older candidate will rank senior to the younger candidate.
NOTE:-"Vide Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgment dated 17-03-2015, Notification No.63 issued on 04-03-2014 in Gazette of India is set aside and quashed. Hence, JAT OBC candidates would be excluded from the list of selected candidates". However, any such candidate selected under OC category otherwise, will not be deprived and declared successful candidate.
